Digital License Purchases

Due to the nature of digital content, all editorial and commercial licenses purchased through Shenzhen Visual Archive are considered final and non-refundable. Once a high-resolution image file has been delivered or downloaded, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties with your download or if the file arrives corrupted, please contact us immediately at contact@shenzhenvisualarchive.com. We will ensure that a functional replacement of the same image is provided to you promptly.

Usage Corrections

If you have purchased a license and realize the usage scope (e.g., audience size or duration) needs to be adjusted, please reach out to our licensing team before the content is published. We will work with you to amend the license to the correct tier.
